You may get referrals of clients in ClientTrack/HMIS or through encrypted email. Learn the difference here.
View Types of ReferralsThere are two types of referrals you may receive:
You will get an email with the referral's name and HMIS ID, and instructions on next steps.
The following people are copied on the email:
They are covered by the CES ROI, so you can talk with them about the client. Connect with them as you work to make contact with the client.
For these referrals, you will get an encrypted email.

In order to protect their privacy and safety, there is little to no identifying information in the assessment.
Contact the assessor listed on the assessment to contact the household and complete intake.
